Pénélope Dinan-Mitchell

At a very young age, Pénélope was already working in the heart of Old Québec, selling artwork on Rue du Trésor and then in boutiques on Rue Saint-Jean and Place Royale, quickly developing a taste for sales. Her career plans were swayed: she wanted to work in a hotel and promote the beautiful city of Québec. Starting out as an intern and then a receptionist at the Radisson des Gouverneurs hotel, she stayed on for 17 years, including 7 as a sales representative, with a passion for associations and their large-scale events. This passion led her to the Québec City Convention Centre, where over 7 years later, she remains just as fascinated by this type of clientele.

Her anything-but-conventional side: Although very sociable and affable, Pénélope also enjoys solitude, and likes to have time to fish or enjoy some R&R at her cottage.
