Catherine Privé

Ms. Catherine Privé is the co-founder and a partner at Alia Conseil, a firm specializing in organizational development and training for the past 30 years. A committed figure in Québec’s business and entrepreneurial community, she is passionate about leadership and team development, and she supports business leaders by helping them identify strategies to achieve their business objectives while navigating with the complexities of today’s management environment.

Ms. Privé is a psychosociologist and holds a master’s degree in public administration from ENAP, with a specialization in organizational analysis and development. She currently serves on three boards of directors: the Québec City Convention Centre, the École d’Entrepreneurship de Beauce, and the Chambre de commerce et d’industrie de Québec.

In November 2020, she was awarded the Réseau des Femmes d’affaires du Québec prize in the “Mid-Sized Business Entrepreneur” category. In 2025, she was also awarded the Fellow distinction of the Ordre des conseillers en ressources humaines agréés du Canada.
