From January 10 to 12, 2019, nearly 1,500 spectators will come out for the championships, which will bring together some 800 athletes, coaches, and officials at the Québec City Convention Centre. For four days, the best taekwondo athletes from across Canada will compete in various categories and vie for the chance to represent the country at various international championships in 2019.
The Québec City Convention Centre is a flexible venue for sports competitions that has played host to karate, fencing, and cheerleading competitions, and was also picked for the VIEW Dance Challenge slated for 2020. For this taekwondo championship, the athletes will compete in the Exhibit Hall.
